The trianta hotel was supposed to be a good escape, yet my room wasn't ready with no A/C remote and a dead fridge. The garbages were not emptied daily, just unacceptable! With such disarray, i at least expected a complimentary gift for my troubles, but no, just more poor service. I just couldn't give a good review.
